    Mr. Matson,
I recently finished reading your book and very much enjoyed it. I recall that you mentioned–only briefly–that when you were preparing for the marathon in Scotland (or was it Ireland…?) you mentioned you heard of a training program that dealt in minutes instead of miles. I am an avid runner, as well as a blogger, and am currently working on a post about training in minutes vs. miles. I was wondering if you could tell me the source of that training guide, as I would like to further investigate how it works.
    Thanks so much!
    ASC
